Routing Problem with virtualisation of stream-URLs
Resolved - This incident has been resolved. We had routing issues with one of our domain providers, which affected the customer stream URL virtualization. The existing listener connections could be maintained, but new listeners were unable to connect. We are sorry about the impact and we will review afterwards how these issues can be optimized.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Identified - We currently have some mounts (mostly but not limited to new ones or changed) that are unavailable. We need to do several server restarts to fix this issue. This means, that listeners that are connected to the affected nodes are getting dropped. But they can immediately reconnect. This will lead to unusual or strange CCU and listener statistics.
